    • Brief welcome by Sarah Cole.
    • Each member introduces themselves briefly.
  2. Exceptional Guest Speaker (11:10 AM – 11:40 AM)
    • Invited guest speaker provides insights related to the meeting theme.
    • Encourage Q&A from members to foster discussion.
  3. Thematic Discussion (11:40 AM – 12:10 PM)
    • Presentation: Sarah Cole introduces the meeting theme, drawing on her experience as a Life Coach, Compliance and Ethics Consultant and Risk Advisor.  The Group Discuss current trends, challenges, and best practices in ethical leadership in respect of the theme.
    • Open Floor Discussion: Members share their experiences and perspectives related to the theme, focusing on practical solutions and strategies.
  4. Lunch and Business, Family, and Personal Section (12:10 PM – 13:40 PM)
    • Enjoy lunch whilst the Business, Family and Personal Discussion continues. 
    • Business Hurdles Discussion: Members share recent developments, challenges in their organisations and open the floor to the guest speaker and peers for a solution.
    • Family Dynamics: Discuss how leadership roles are impacting family life and share strategies for work-life integration.

  5. Charitable Initiative Update (2:10 PM – 2:30 PM)
    • Each group is allocated a pro bono seat for the CEO from a charitable initiative.
    • Explore opportunities for collaboration on community service projects.
  6. Wrap-Up and Next Steps (2:30 PM – 2:50 PM)
    • Summary of key insights from the meeting.
    • Discuss any action items for the next meeting and themes for future gatherings.
    • Confirm date and theme for the next meeting.
  7. Networking Time (2:50 PM – 3:00 PM)
